Is the consultation really free?

Yes. The doctor consultation and skin analyser reading cost nothing, and there is no obligation to book a treatment afterwards. You leave with a written plan either way.
Are lasers safe on brown and deeper skin tones?

Our devices and settings are chosen for South Asian skin. We patch-test where relevant and adjust energy levels per session to minimise any risk of post-inflammatory pigmentation.
How soon will I see results?

Facials and IV therapy show a visible change the same week. Lasers, micro-needling and RF build over 4–12 weeks as collagen remodels. Injectables settle within 3–14 days.
Are the prices shown final?

They're starting prices per session — the figure depends on the area treated and how many sessions your skin needs. Your total is confirmed in writing at consultation before anything begins.
Can I come during my lunch break?

Hydra Facial, Botox and IV therapy are all under an hour with no visible downtime. Lasers and peels need a little redness time, so we'd suggest an evening slot.
Do you offer follow-up care?

Every treatment includes written aftercare and a check-in call. Your next session is only scheduled once we've seen how your skin responded.
